Make the AI assign their best general to their biggest army

As the title said. I often see them running around with 3 merc infantry and a 3-star general while their doomstack has the inferior leader.

it only makes sense to have the AI send their best general to their stronger armies.

They already should, and if you come across situations where the generals are being used poorly like this by the AI, please post a save file of it in the bug forums and tag me.

Save files make investigating these issues a whole lot easier.
