Making a decision icon graphic

I've been making a user modification with the able assistance of @GodModder and wanted to use my CoA (in my case, the "Duchy of Avignon") to double up as the icon seen alongside the decision to form the duchy - much like how the Etichonids can become the Habsburgs via decision, with that decision having the famous red lion rampant against a yellow background.

Any assistance on this matter will be appreciated!
