Let's be honest Canada was irrelevant and did not influence the war unless Britain told her so, so with Britain's destruction, Canada poses no threat to the Great Germanic ReichBut I would like a governor Rommel
and what about Canada?

Book for story, TV series for visual effects, decor and so on.but just to be sure: this Thread depends on the book and the TV series?
What tells you that that hasn't happened in the TV series already?I would think the TV series more so than the book, considering in the original novel the Nazis colonized the Moon and drained the Mediterranean. So, there's that.

I know that but he was saying that the TV series is better than the book.Maybe the moon part by events, but it would be very dificult to drain the meditrean dry on the darkest hour map

Yeah, that's what I meant. The TV series adaptation would, in my opinion, be more appropriate for Darkest Hour.I considered it so, that he meant the tv series is better to do for DH
The project is dead ?
From what I can tell, Canada is essentially the "Finland" of the Man in the High Castle Timeline in the sense that although it was part of the "losing" side during the Second World War, its sovereignty and democratic government remained intact after the conflict. In the mod, I was hoping that Canada would either be a republic (due to Edward VIII reigning once again in the UK) or remain a nominal kingdom but with another member of the Royal Family being Head of State (perhaps Elisabeth II due to the "disappearance" of George VI). If it was the latter, Canada could possibly be a point of contention in the ensuing Japanese-Nazi Cold War, with the pro-Nazi Edward VIII pressing his claim to the throne of Canada while Japan backs the legitimacy of Elisabeth II. But then again, who apart from the US, UK, and France goes to war over Canada? XDLet's be honest Canada was irrelevant and did not influence the war unless Britain told her so, so with Britain's destruction, Canada poses no threat to the Great Germanic Reich
As I said at the beginning, the work required for the mod of this scope is way too big for anyone to be doing it now. Even a group of people, let alone an individual - so the mod was doomed from the start.
Sure, the idea is nice. But idea does not make a game, people spending months on their computers do. MitHC would be a total conversion on the level of Kaiserreich (if you want it done right) and that may not be months, but years of unpaid work - and who has so much free time on their hands that he wants to spend on a free mod for an old game? My guess is - not too many people.
