I'm finding the managing of blockades needs a lot of micromanagment, and I'm wondering if I'm in fact doing it right as I've just got the game.

When I station a fleet in a sea zone I have to keep checking for attrition, and when it starts to get high I have to move the fleet back to port, then resend it to the sea zone again. Because the game is real time it gets a little irritating (same for loading ships with troops), especially if you're running a number of blockades at once. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

It would be handy to have a 'button' for Blockade for a selected fleet which would automatically do this for you. I.e. select a fleet, click the 'Blockade Port' button, select the port to be blockaded, and the fleet will move from home port to blockade until you cancel it.

Guess that would take some reprogramming (too much?) though
