I did a fresh install and I cannot have a manpower higher than 1. I installed DH 1.01, patched to 1.2 beta, then installed IC 1.0, patched to 1.01, patched to revision 7, then finally patched 1.02. My checksum is RJSH.
Im not sure if its related but the USA has no effective IC, within a few days it loses all its money and resources.
Any thoughts?
