The EU2 manual states "in order to let more than one player participate in the same game, the players need fast internet connections of at least 512kbit/s"
I have a 1MB connection which I was going to use to host the game, but the 2 friends I was going to play with only have ISDN (128kb).

Are we in big trouble?

Not if you are hosting. The important thing is your upload thou, since you'll need to send information to the 2 other players.

But even with a 256 kb upload you should be able to run a smooth game on normal speed with only 3 players.

Appreciate the reply.
I'm on a 1MB/1MB link so upload bandwidth shouldnt be a problem my side.
I wonder what quantity of data is sent uplink by the host?

I'm hoping its relatively forgiving with regard to latency - I ping 100-150ms to my friends!!!
