I that case, you should create a thread in the bug reporting sub forum, and provide the necessary info. The devs don't usually peruse the tech support forum.

I seem to have the same error. Since the last major patch the game crashes during play, I cannot determine the cause. The game is in English, but my CPU is the same as Kunnlan's and I also run Win10 64-bit.
Please add your details to the Bug Reports thread on the issue. Include there all log files and a crashing galaxy save file, thanks.
There does not seem to be a Bug Reports thread on the issue or I am too stupid to find it. If none exists, I will open one once I'm at home, but please see if you can find the corresponding thread.
Oh, has no one in this thread made one there? Please do so if that is the case - it won't get fixed without that happening!
And could everyone affected please add to that thread - the more the merrier! Attach there dxdiag.txt and system.log and exceptions.log at least, I'd say. IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up. Thanks.
