Are you sure about this, MKJ? I tried it and it's really dark!
 
There might be a virtue to making an unreachable island province somewhere to use as a place for hands-off testing... you could definitely call it Wisk Inferis if you wanted - I doubt anyone would object.

I hope Central Europe wont be forgoten, imo Germany could use more devisions in provinces, in order to make things last longer, Poznas perhaps split into 2? and Selisia, maybe use some of the CK boarder partisionings to put into this?
