Map doesn't move or zoom

Topic says it all: I'm unable to zoom or move the map. Clicking into the small minimap or anywhere in the large map doesn't change the display either. Mouse scroll-wheel only changes some display options.

Also: All these lighthouses displayed on the map (ports?) seem to move constantly to the right at a slow pace.

Windows 10, fully updated, latest AMD Gfx drivers installed.

I'm not impressed. Maybe you guys should have spent less time patting yourself onto the backs during the release party and spent more time on Q&A?

I just found the issue and to be brutally honest: I'm stark raving mad at Paradox. This is utterly insane. Did you actually test this crap?

As soon as I disconnected the USB cable of my Xbox 360 controller for PC I could use the bloody map.

How can it be that a connected USB gamepad takes exclusive control over the map movement, overriding mouse and keyboard input? Why is this even a default?
