I know we have a map editor but how about a randomized map generater. As maps within game are the same, you just change which direction/way you build your city, and if you design your own you can stack it to your advantage, a random map option on starting new city would add a challenge.

I actually like that idea, but is Unity capable of achieving such a thing?
