I don't think so. You mean, I suppose, to cut down Africa to what it is in Vanilla, right? The thing is, there are Hellenistic, Roman, Persian and Sabean colonies in Africa that can't be taken down easily. There's even an Ahrimanist colony in Fernando Po, the old Byakko.
