Just wondering, does anyone know where I could download I picture of the map used (in EU!), preferably with all data (goods, terrain, etc...)

The only available map is here:-

It is made up of lots of screenshots but doesnt show the detail you require.
Now - if you would like to produce one to your specs then I am sure that there would be a lot of grateful players!

There is a good province table here:-

that does show goods, amongst other things.
