The HOI4 wiki states that there won't be a political mapmode besides farthest zoom level? Is this true? The dev diary picture argues this as it is max zoom and terrain.

Look at the PRE-ALPHA image posted in the dev diary, obviously there must only be one map mode, shown by the PRE-ALPHA map mode buttons on the top.
