I tried to find a solution to this problem on the Internet but nothing helped me

Actual Result​

maps won't start

Steps to reproduce​

1. I saved my card and the next day an error occurred
2. I thought it was some kind of mod or object and I decided to disable it all
3. nothing helped me, I decided to search the Internet for a solution to this problem
4. after almost a week of searching, I decided to write here

This crash is happening while trying to load a particular city, is that right? You can start and play a new test city okay?

Make sure to check the tab "Broken"

If you still get this problem after removing or replacing any bad ones, attach here a new copy of the game's log file:

Hello, I deleted all the faulty mods and now I get a blue screen after loading, I tried to wait but after 1 hour of waiting nothing changed

Unfortunately this happens not only with one card but with all of them, I tried to go to other cards but the same thing happens, either a blue screen or endless loading
