A solution to the "AI either throwing everything in or standing idly by while Persia chews its arm off" problem would be to have the AI be amenable to a white peace if its invasion force of a small country got defeated, but to respond with all its resources if the small country then invades and takes one of its provinces.

This shows a proportional response where the AI is capable of two tiers of response, the first one being "Lets send our B-team in to defeat this Persia, they're not very tough and we need our main armies to keep an eye on the west... oh, bollocks, we got beaten. Better not throw good after bad or open our flanks to Prussian and Austrian invasion. sign a truce and we'll get them next time when Napoleon isn't breathing down our necks" and the second one being "Oh, bollocks, we got beaten and now they're coming for us, mobilise the armies because the Persian Shah is almost at Sevastopol".

Still, if Prussia, Austria and Sweden are engaged in war then the Russians should go straight to the "send everyone to crush the Persians" stage; they might as well because everyone they normally point the guns at is engaged elsewhere.

Why does Ottoman Empire not agree to a peace deal for 40% warscore e.g. release Greece, when I have an 80% warscore as Austria? Seems a little strange that they can't make reasonable peace deals?

Probably for the next patch: a few more releaseable countries would be nice; the map looks ugly as France needs to annex Sweden part by part because it's to big to satellite at once.

I believe I read somewhere that the Ottomans (along with Russia) have a hard time accepting peace treaties if they still have manpower and are still making a profit. You can essentially own all of their European provinces and they still wont give up, as they're so huge. It's just a silly little thing, buuuuuuutt....yeah.

It's to do with war exhaustion. You can get the Russians to give up vast chunks of territory even if their armies are unbeaten if their war exhaustion is 10 or something.

I think war exhaustion recovers too quickly. The Ottomans can go from being at 10 war exhaustion to being fresh to the fight in a little over a year. If your nation is knocked flat in a war it should not be ready to fight again when the truce expires.

That's exactly what you should. If not, your first loss is also your doom, because your opponent will simply attack you over and over again knowing that he will have a perpetual advantage. Again, this is where gameplay trumps realism.

1. Kutuzov is missing
2. As France you should make vassals from occupied lands. From a pool you can choose Napoleon's relatives as kings from that puppets. Westphalia, Kingdom of Naples etc. Napoleon was nepotist!
3. Prussia must have desicion for German Empire or just Prussian Empire with cores in german lands.
4. I think AI has a mechanic to simulate french campaign against Russia. The attack which french unlease against Russia, should be more realistic. For example instead of sending 40k-80k army every time, send 400k-600k army against Russia and the victory should depend from the situation of every game. It would be spectacular to see 80% of french army attacking Russia.
5. Formation of Westphalia can happen if the cities which are needed for that desicion belong to France (as their land or satellite). If a needed city belongs to a satellite of yours you cant make it.
6. Try to introduce continental trade system. Napoleon can ask Prussia, Austria and Russia to participate on this, giving some economic boost. Ofc Russia will break the deal after a while and Britain will block everyone. If french destroy english navy, continental trade was successful!

Looking forward to the first patch. At some point after the first patch, I hope that you will introduce a cap for the creation of Guard units restricting them to no more than 25% of the current Line Infantry strength or something like that (I'm just pulling numbers out of the air. It's the idea I'm interested in ;) ) I do play with a house rule that I limit their creation in this fashion.

I just realized this game has almost as many posts as the entire Sengoku game does when Eagles has only been out a fraction of the time. I hope that shows the interest level in the game and DLC's in the future. :) I hope!

+1 to this!
