I can't speak for Paradox, but legally, a digitally created signature should be just as legitimate as a handwritten one. It's written by the person in question, with the persons name, as an indication of agreement with the contract. Of course, a handwritten signature should always be preferred since it's much harder to duplicate and fake, and it's easier to prove that it was, in fact, written by the recipient. Nevertheless, as I said earlier, it varies from situation. I'm certain Paradox will get back to you if they won't accept the digital signature.
I hope my own signature isn't too horrible to be accepted. Never been a very good paper writer, and my hand-eye coordination doesn't exactly improve it.
