Marks on heroes(impire)

hey people Im at the point wear i cant build prison and other goodies. so i heard you can place marks (on heroes) by holding the right mouse button en then clicking mark (the prison mark for instance) but when i do this nothing happens can some please explain how how to place marks. and just to leave no stone unturned yes I build a prison and yes there is a worker in there

You might have to wait a bit and you will need a free worker, as a worker will be needed to drag the hero to prison.
I found the marker to be working all ok.

I find it easier to set my squads to the type of attack i want instead of trying to mark heroes during combat.

oke works problem was i had max treasurer so they would not be taking to the prison but they will be taken to the training thing
