When I played the kingdom of Germany, I accidentally made two marriage proposals for one of my sons called Wenzel von Franken. Both proposals were accepted at the same time, so that my son has two wifes and has already five children at the age of 19. I think that should be made impossible for a catholic ruler.

Amd since it isn't a gamebreaker, they won't try to fix it either.
