Mass Ransom button just releases all ransomable prisoners for free

Description​

When using mass ransom button in Prisoners tab, it will just realease all prisoners who are currently in your prison and ransomable (either for hook or gold) for free. I made sure to check several times and I get no gold, no hook and not even opinion boost (as one would get from just releasing prisoners for free). The recipients (former prisoners or somone else), also don't loose any gold. This is also reflected in notification which says: "Ransom accepted. <Prisoner name> left the prison." Which is normaly followed by "<Recipient name> paid XX gold to you.", but this part is missing here.
As far as I can tell, using single target ransom works as expected either from prisoners tab or from "Current Situation" modal.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Get at least 5 prisoners, at least one of which must have "ransom" option available.
2. Click "Mass ransom button"
3. Confirm popup window.
4. Let several ingame days pass
5. All the ransomable prisoners will be released for free.
