Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you are playing Mass Transit scenarios (and perhaps others) the population is not being tracked in the scenario goals page, so you automatically fail the scenario as you 'cannot' achieve minimum populations in time (even though it will show 1000+ population in the game). The specific map is "Trains!" and it has a loss scenario of population under 1000 after 20 weeks.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes, every time you play the "Trains!" scenario map, likely the same for all scenarios. Very frustrating =(
