Material problem with USA

Hello First sorry my english.I have a problem with iron cross.I playing USA and developed mining conquest and boost mining and energy1 oil1 etc. After display events that 10 percent growing all material by day but it doesn't work not growing.What s the problem.Can ANYBODY help me?

You must check your daily production and not your stock. Also check your trades if they are on automatic mode, maybe this is the reason why your stock is not increasing
