Hello

I have been looking for some information about "why I don't have anymore box to marry matrilineal?"
And I have found this:
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/matrilineal-marriage-bug.916689/
But I wonder is it because of Conclave or CK2+ ?
I'm playing as reformed pagans (slavic). Oh and I'm still tribal. Need many more years (probably my heir) to adopt feudalism.
Will I ever be able to marry matrilineal? Even if I put some laws in place it will still not be available?
Just need to know if should I go towards Cognatic or not.

In CK2+ you need AC succession to have matri, and the target for matri marriage also needs to have AC for their title or their direct liege title.

So in hundres years or so (depends how history will be written ;) ) I will have it...
I was asking because I got genius (doesn't happen too often, actually very very rarely) daughter and I wanted her to breed geniuses for my dynasty and then kill off any not-geniuses.
But now I will have to give her away to some other country or... I will marry her to some vassal and hopefully I will get decent vassal tree beneath mine :)

Nothing stops a tribal realm from getting Agnatic-Cognatic succession.

Yeah the second part is the hardest to do.. As Is the reason why My daugther is not married yet.. I want her to pass on the family line and it seems nobody in the world has Materlineal marriage just yet.

You can always marry her to a courtier as a last resort. But matrilineal marriage not being a simple matter that everyone in the world automatically does is the point.

Weakend vassals often go for AC if they have a daughter and no sons. This prevents their ruler from getting their land.

After that, AC usually sticks for generations.
