max speed game crash

the game crashes whenver i use max speed
my whole pc rebooted
so i downclocked cpu to a never crash voltage.
and it still crashes whenever i use max speed
normal and fast speed is very good even overclocked.
i also monitored cpu temperature and when it crashes it was 60ish Celcius degree.
so i don't think it is hardware problem.

oh , i don't have any mods installed.
and i have all dlcs.

i reinstalled the whole game, reinstalled launcher, do steam validation, memtest, and it still reboot my pc randomly.
right now it even reboot on fast ( 2nd speed )

after i tried so many things,
downclocked my RAM from 5600 to 5400, the whole system is much stable.
no crash or reboot so far.

nope, i was wrong. it still crashed.

ok it seems set 'graphic card register key ( TdrDelay ) to 60 decimals solved the problem.

i kinda give up, i will try older version and play a smaller map.

Right-click on stellaris.exe, properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullscreen optimizations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply, and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select the fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60.

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

i found the problem
it was my motherboard asus z790 hero overclocked the RAM ( 5600Hz ) the setting was XMP
after i switched XMP to Manual , not a single crash for 15 hours play straight.
