I'm curious why would you need to? It's instant and iirc can go up to at least 500-1000. I generally just do default 100 until loyalty is where I want it.
It's more of a roleplaying thing. I'm currently awash with cash, so I thought that I would finance the Byzantines fight against the Turks and the Spanish Reconquista. It's just that AI kingdoms seem to go through cash really quickly, so I wanted to give bigger portions each time, save some effort off my wrists.
If it's an RP thing I get it but giving money to an unconnected kingdom is just burning it since they will mobilize every single army they have (and pay upkeep for) just to go to war with an OPM. It's one of the more exploitable aspects of the AI, France goes to war with some Russian OPM and sends every single troop they have on the march and then can't defend themselves at all.
