i really need an option to trade provinces between my allies if i am still at war with the original owners of the province i want to trade because:

1. if the bitterpeace event pops up and my troops walked from the aliied territory trough soviet union i will get no provinces from soviet union afer peace.

2. if i have not enough Transport capacity or to much civil commotion and want do give some provinces away.
