I was playing sweden and when I mobilised most of the units came from Malmo(Skane) only a few from other provinces. Shouldnt it be equaly distributed in the country?

Well we can discuss if it should or should not but this is what happens to other countries too.
i think this has always been that way. i know i've seen the overwhelming majority of my mobilized divisions from just 1-3 provinces.

Is there anyway to control which provinces the mobilisation units comes from?
If its always the same provinces? Wont they be depopulated after lossing alot of troops in battle after battle?

In Roman times, legions were recruited from specific geographic areas.
While I have not studied the subsequent history of such a practice, I expect there remained echoes of it down through time, as with other things Roman.

Not for reservists. Reserve units should be raised by population size. No single province should take the brunt of mobilization. It definitelly can be a pain to have all the mobilized troops come from one or few provinces (as Piedmont Sardinia I remember all my reserves were french men from Annecy).
