Strange... As the Greek-Turkish War never happened, there was no population exchange.
If you defeat Bulgaria in the Great Balkan War together with Romania and Serbia you'll get an event a year or so later where you're granted cores on the Ionian coast. I guess that's as close as it gets.
You already have cores on all greek Ionian provinces, except Corfu. Dont you mean the Aegean Sea?
