We need a sub for axis spain this sunday the 3rd of december at 18:00 CET. Game is well underway with 10 active players in it. Perfect occasion for an mp player to get aquainted with mod.

Mod is played on the HOI2 Doomsday 1.2 REBB patch. To install it I suggest you copy your REBB DD folder to a new one (like name it MEM mod) and unpack the mod onto the mem mod folder. You should get a new PFBN checksum.

Use the same nick on vnet? What group do you play with?...never seen you in the mp channel. What other mods did you play? Which starfire version did u use? Anything specific you disliked - give some more specific feedback otherwise you just sound like a troll who has no idea what he is talking about..... noting the mod thread in the scenario section has had such a huge following there are/were a lot of people that played it before Mithel quite and i have received loads of emails saying its great that we moved it to DD compatibility. I know that some of the other mods out there have many more people playing it - but thats all for SP. None are geared specifically for MP gaming. Of course I dont claim that we have got it 100% right - we still need to work on a lot of things. Though noting the many battles we had the game is much more durable and comebacks are possible for both sides which in vanilla does not happen.

look if you have nothing else to do but spam go and do it with your imaginary mp group... there are a number of "nuts" that have been playing starfire even before u got registered on the forums...
 
look vanilla sucks for me - IMO its just too fast and not balanced enough for MP play. I have played my share of vanilla games and I cant go back. I just dont like RTS games. MEM has much slower combat which suits MP play as you can react much better to what goes on and it can last into the much later years. If you dont like that then what can I say. There are many groups out there though that play vanilla so go pepper them - you can find some at: http://hoiplayers.notlong.com
