Memory error between flash and Cities Skyline

When i try to run cities skyline while having a browser window open running any flash application ( The player from a stream for example ) i receive the following error:

Cities.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
  in module Cities.exe at 0033:4065a7a9.

Write to location 00000000 caused an access violation.

Also the vice versa occurs. If i try to run the game and then open a stream, the Flash player crashes.

* Open your Start menu
* Type "dxdiag" in the search field (without quotes)
* Open the dxdiag program
* A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
* At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
* Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
* Open the file and copy and paste the text between [NOPARSE]
