Not a bad survey but I think it could be improved.

I will leave some suggestions. First about ww2 medals. I did not see any option for those.

Secondly, I do know that some games "offer a discount" after you complete X or Z achievement inside the game. I will give an example: Let us suppose you are selling the Kaiser's plushie for 20€, if the player completes "Our other place in the sun" (As Imperial Germany conquer a caribean island) achievement he gets a 5€ discount (provided as a code you can use during payment).

About the "goat guns" (unserious name too) , they seem very out of place for hoi4. HOI4 is a game about Grand Strategy and history. Sure the M1 Garand is present in HOI4, but only as a graphical icon for 1936 infantry equipment for the USA. its not seen very much and in-game performs identical to other weapons, despite being semi-auto. Doesn't make sense the grand strategy game to focus on something so small. When I think about HOI4, the specific small arm my country used once in the tech tree is the last thing i think of.

Imagine instead of a rifle we got a small 3D-printed military factory with a tiny tank coming out the door. Or even some alt-hist tanks of alt-hist nations - for example a Cromwell tank sporting the Communist Britain flag and a different weapon. Something that actually shows HOI4's features; army design and history/alt-history.

Hearts of Iron 4 is not a game that should have plushies, I find it strange that there's plushies of the Kaiser and Shah- Platypus plushies because yes it would be even weirder for the WW2 strategy game to be selling plushies of real human figures who lived during that time... The only plushies I think you could actually sell would be of Wojtec, or even the Polar bear admiral of Jan Mayen. I am unsure how many people want to wear Hearts of Iron themed merch as they walk around town- I feel the best kind of Merch for a WW2 Strategy game are Metal keychains (plastic is crap and breaks easily), Plaques, posters or things of that nature featuring HOI4 Loading screen/Title theme art, Perhaps even small Ribbons or plaques of the actual ribbons you can earn in game? After that the only proposal I have is teaming up with Buildcobi.com and convincing them to make a 1:300 Scale model of the Roma, one of Italy's Littorio class battleships because I want them to sell me an intricate model of it damn it! They have American, German, British, and Japanese models but no French or Italian ones! Where's the justice???

Those weird small models of WW2 guns that were at the end of the survey... That would make a cool keychain...

It's not just about plushies though. What's something that you would be interested in?
What's wrong with Bluesky?
People shifted to Bluesky for political reasons, so every time people are directed to Bluesky they are in fact seeing the political persuasion of the company/person telegraphed to them. Imagine if you were directed to Gab or Truth Social or whatever, you'd feel weird about it (I would too).

Steam forums has been toxid… in all games for years! Go any forum of any game and it is full of negativity…
I would not count anything people say there any reference…

The exact opposite is truth for Paradox forums. A lot of fanboys over here, so in a lot of cases someone that has a different opinion cannot really state it. You will get nuked in disagreements. Which would not reflect the opinion of everyone out there. Nor the real state of affair across many themes/discussions.

Its partly why I am no longer as active as I was when I joined these forums. Things have changed a lot in the last 10-15 years.

Damn, I want one of those ships myself... A richelieu or littorio. As long as it would not be too big. Its definetely a nice idea.

Do I need to provide a Google account to fill in the forms? It requested one before actually showing the questionnaire :(
No you don't need to. You can optionally sign in with a Google account to save your progress, but you can just skip that. I'm sure Google just worded that confusingly by accident......

I'm not into classic merch (like cups or clothing) or plushies, but you might get me with the boardgames or brick models :)
