This glitch started happening after I got a new laptop. The loading screen looks super scrunched together the menu's take up the whole space and the characters portraits are massive. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and tried setting the resolution to my laptops to no avail. Would appropriate any help, thanks in advance.

that seems to be it, thanks. The in game menu was literally to large to click the apply button but I was able to fix it through the game files.
