What is Middle Earth: Universalis?: Middle Earth Universalis, is an ambitious mod which seeks to go about recreating the third age of middle-earth on the Europa Universalis: Rome Engine.
What nations are in Middle Earth: Universalis: We are focusing on the major nations of the third age, so you will see the following.

Evil:Mordor, Witchking, Moria, Harad, Easterlings, Isengard.

Good: Gondor, Rohavvion, Mirkwood Elves, Lorien Elves, Dwarves, Shire.

How much work has been completed? At the moment the modification is in the early planning stages.

When do you expect work to be completed? When it's ready for public play, we will release it. We will be giving many progress reports as time goes on.

Are you looking for additional help? At the moment, my experience in modding for the Europa engine, is somewhat limited, and help would be appreciated, if you believe you can help, please PM me, or contact me on any of the following messengers.

Do you need any resources? We are looking for good graphical models, to represent the legions of the various armies, specifically an Orc, a Elf, A Dwarf, and a Human army representation! Also are looking for Maps of regions of middle-earth, and their names! Flags for the various nations would also be nice, but are not needed.

I don't see anyone else making a fantasy mod, and Rome is a perfect outlet for it. So I decided, if no one else will do it, I must!

I do need help, rebuilding the map though, as I have no clue how one does that in Eu:Rome.

I have all of it memorized, so no worries in that regard.

But thank you for offering, I mine as well give a list of some of the characters, for a few nations.

Gondor: Damrod, Faramir, Denethor,Forlong the Fat, and Imrahil.

Rohan: Eowyn, Theodred, Theoden, Gamling, and Eomer.

Well, thanks I guess. Getting a operational province map up, is obviously the first thing to do. Once that's set up the rest is a lot easier.

make sure you delete all of the Rome music and put in ALL of the awsome LOTR music, and plz delete the need to replace governars.
ill be your beta tester once you reach that stage

I may change it, but most mods don't change music. You 'can' manually replace it.

i know i put star wars music in my rome (dont ask why)

but i think everyone interested in this mod would like to have the music in there already, (i can give you a link to some of the songs if you like)
