Mikhail Tukhachevsky alive in 1939 scenario

I just noticed that Tukhachevsky is alive for some reason in 1939 scenario for Soviet Union when he died in 1937.

I also noticed that Soviet Union has a field marshal called ''Mironov'' thats in 1933 scenario and other scenarios I think.

I image searched his ingame potrait

on yandex since google wasn't showing anything and yandex says its a Russian Civil War general that died in 1921, yandex even showed the same ingame image of his potrait as similiar images.

I also couldn't find him in base HOI2 game I think hes only in DH, I think that this general being included in ww2 scenarios is probably a mistake I think.

Tukhachevsky was already fixed since I reviewed the Great Purge a few months ago, but Mironov was not noticed. It will be fixed.
