Milestone issue

My trouble is that i uninstalled DD because the "excel file not found" appeared and the game did not run so i decided to install it again.

The game installed succesfully, i patched it to 1.2 and when i click in the .exe an error message appears wich says "please install the latest Milestone" and after that the game crahses with the windows message of "send report" or "don't send".

Anyone knows what is it about?

BTW i have a Pentium4 2,8ghz 1024RAM windows xp sp2 ATI graphic card...
if need any more data please let me know.

It seems to me that you have an incorrect patch, somehow. To verify this: do you get the same error when you reinstall from scratch, but don't apply any patch.

Thanks i've reinstalled with the latest patch (1.2) and now it works fine.
I think that it was my fault because i applied the old 1.2 patch but for Hoi 2, not DD.
