Militarization in a custom nation

I chose militarization for my custom nation. Now that I have played long enough to have it, I can't see any information on it. Where is the interface to view or modify the current militarization? My Vladimirans want to know!

I have never played as Prussia so give actual information please.

In which way did you choose militarization? Did you choose an idea that gives militarization? That is worthless without the prussian monarchy.

I think that you can choose the Prussian Monarchy for your custom nation(or form Prussia with it). That way you can make use of the militarization
