Had an event which shoud increase the ressources in three provinces.

(+5 sulphur in Linz; +5 coal in Praha; + 5 Iron in Budweis) But instead of increasing the ressources I get from this rgos now the rgos produce minimal ammount of this ressources.

eg. source in Linz before the event 2.0 after the event 0.3, got 1,3 sulphure/day bevor and now I get 0,2 sulphure. (there are 2 Pops each 70k)

instead of correct working it has the same results as the event 'Resource Depletion'

Had in this campaign both events, the result you can see in this screenshot

I had something like this come up and absolutely *destroy* my economy earlier today. Was playing 1836 Japan. Got a gold rush event in Hyugo (or whatever the province is just west of Osaka). The increase in income from precious metals allowed me to (finally) balance my budget and get out of debt...

...then I got an event that said it would increase the efficiency of it by +10, and the output went from 2.5 to 0.5.... chopping my entire national income from 43 to 30....
