Are they balanced for gameplay? As in, is the effect proportional to the size, cost and resource use compaired to the ones in the base game? Or are the props only, without any park bonus when placing. I do see that the full title includes asset pack, but the thumnail doesn't clarify.

Yeah, they all balanced to vanilla like all my assets. No disbalance at all!

Can you please tell us how to make parks in Editor mod.. I can't do this. I'm trying to make parking assets with using ingame assets.. But i can't size them like 3x6 or something else. Can you please Tell me how to size the parks in editor mod? I can't do

to change size use the top menu , where you may add meshes.
 
This is a great addition to the game. As of the most recent "update" to the CS2, I cannot use them and I miss these assets. The error message says it's "...not compatible with my version of the game." I hope you will update it soon.
