Hi,

I've created my own Country and etc.. Now i've created some ministers .. and i've named the txt file minister_u12.csv
And i saved it in the ministers folder.

But still .. The name nor anything at all won't show up at the goverment screen .. ?!

What am i supposed to do to get them into the game properly
Plz Help .. :)

Did you create your country by editing text files or using the HoI editor? If text files did you start a new game after creating the minister file?

In that case you need to have the minister file created before you load the original scenario into the editor since it creates a savegame file rather than a real scenario. Savegame files contain all the leaders and ministers for existing countries so the individual text files aren't read when you load the savegame.

So let me get this right.

1.First i Edit the Text.csv and make the name of my Country in some of the Uxx Space's.

2. Then i make the minister/leader file.

3. Then i form the Country in The HoI Editor

4. Attach Propaganda and Flag to it ..

So after this i just rename the Minister file to minister_"tag"

Or am i doing this wrong .. ?

I'm not entirely sure you can do this with the editor but if you can then you would need the minister_u12.csv file to exist before creating the new country in the editor. If you can't get the editor to load the minister file then you would need to edit the ministers into the savegame manually (look at another country's minister list in the savegame to see the format). Another limitation of the editor is that if you try to edit techs it doesn't work properly (again because it creates a savegame). It will add and remove techs from the country's tech list but won't apply or remove the actual effects which are stored separately in a savegame. Tech effects are only applied when a real scenario is loaded or when research is completed in-game. I strongly suggest learning to edit the text files rather than using the HoI editor.
