Minor bug/error: Incorrect speed sign for Highway ramps

A very tiny and not very important bug.

The speed sign for highway ramps does not show "80" as it should. In this example the speed sign shows "100" when going from gravel road to highway ramp.

Just imagine going 100 km/h in that curve, better have some good tires.
