Description​

For the subject type of Austria "Incorporated Personal Union", it says 'a' instead of 'an' before it

Steps to reproduce​

Make Hungary be a junior union partner under Austria as an incorporated union, then right click on Hungary and hover over the subject type icon. You will see "Is a Incorporated Union under Austria", rather than "Is an Incorporated Union under Austria".
