Minor nitpick: Vassals won't demobilize

Playing as King of England using 1.04a. two of my vassals (both Bishoprics) mobilized themselves when I dowed the Pagan Baltics but stayed in their provinces (Leicester and Lincoln). The wars have been over for more than twenty years now but neither vassal has ever de-mobilized.

Does not affect my game but surely the vassals armies won't be growing with time as they should.

Actually, province troops regenerates also when the regiment is mobilised...

As long as the regiment isn't at full strength, it will always regenerate.

I haven't had chance to load up my game for a few days now, but I think the vassals are still mobilized at the time of my last save. If so I can zip it up and send it to you. If I have got it, to what address do I send it?
