1. Footbridges & Dirty Food Trays
As shown in the attached image, footbridges unusually attract discarded dirty food trays. Due to the fact that my footbridges are extended over water (an inaccessible surface), food trays aren't able to be collected. I have to manually delete and reinstall the water surface beneath the bridge so that the trays can be picked up, which is an arduous process. Despite water being an inaccessible surface, the footbridges aren't. Thereby, if a food tray is discarded on top of a bridge, it should easily be collected the same way it was discarded, irrespective of the water beneath.

2. Yards & Gardeners
Gardeners are not cleaning yard spaces. Dirt will accumulate over time and won't be tidied by the gardeners unless the yard is "un-designated" back to just a normal space. For a yard space to be tidied, the "garden outdoor area" jobs need to be prioritised. When this happens, funnily enough, it is the guards that pick up rakes and tidy the outdoor spaces.

3. Overworked Guards
The job description for a Prison Architect Guard must be huge. As mentioned above, guards will pick up rakes to tidy prioritised cleaning in yard spaces. They are also tasked with collecting dirty food trays. Whilst the first is an obvious mistake, the second seems to be a permanent feature. It would probably make more sense for the cooks to take on board the duty of "food tray collecting", or if not - have both guards and cooks perform this duty.

4. Unsatisfied Cells
I reported this issue a while back but perhaps it was inadvertently overlooked. Comfy beds still do not satisfy the room requirements for a cell.

5. Guard Tazer Programs & Scheduling
For reform programs concerning prisoners, programs must be scheduled within work regime hours. For my prison, work hours are 12pm - 4pm. However, guard programs, i.e. taser rollout scheme, are exempt from this and as such can be scheduled at any time. There appears to be a glitch in which guard taser certification classes cannot be manually scheduled on the "scheduler". Even if you manually schedule a guard class to be within work regime hours, the class will still appear invalid. I have not checked this bug against other reform programs.

Thank you for reading.

On the collecting trays, while the gardening is most likely new bug, idle or stationed guards have always done random misc stuff around the prison to help the other staff types.

These are not bugs: they are also tasked with cleaning up dirty laundry in the reception, sorting mail in staff only mail rooms and delivering mail to sectors inmates dont have access to, collecting dirty food trays in one single location for the cooks to take to washing, collecting prisoner uniforms from delivery etc.

Oh and for me cooks seem to be the main dirty tray sorter. I think guards only start helping if you dont have enough cooks to do it by themselves (I might be wrong).

Edit - scratch that, guards no longer seem to collect dirty food trays anymore.

Yea, I'm aware that guards do a lot of side activities around the prison. Although the title of my thread suggests otherwise, I'm not necessarily referring to guards collecting dirty food trays as a "bug" but it does seem to be a bit inconvenient, especially when only guards do so. I think I should also make it clear that I'm referring to dirty food trays eaten from by staff members.

From what I have witnessed:

1. Staff members will take a full food tray to some corner of the prison, sit and eat until the tray is empty.
2. The guards will have to walk long distances to retrieve the dirty trays and then walk the trays to a nearby canteen/kitchen where they either place them on the table or in the sink for washing.
3. The cooks will pick up the food trays from the table/walk to a sink and wash them.

It's more of a suggestion that perhaps cooks should perform both (2) and (3), and guards provide "back-up" help if need be - as opposed to a bug.

Thanks for your response, Ozoneraxi.

Ah, right, staff will eat in any staff only area, which is both a good and bad thing (good because u can set nice toilets and staff only rooms and even outside picnic areas, bad because it can cause inefficiency).

I usually set specific staff only sectors death row if I dont want staff to eat there but also dont want inmates there (deathrow has perma lockdown regime anyway)
