Missing/broken Flags

Some flags are missing or broken :Uganda,Kashmir,Central Africa,Chad,Congo-Brazzaville,Kenya,Kuwait,Rwanda;

As we are already talking flags here.... the stars in the US flag should be in the upper left corner, not the upper right.

i installed the mod but i still have the flag issues .. .. looking at it one more time .. maybe i did something wrong

remeber to rename your original files just in case... and remove the A from the csv files

example:


countryA.csv --> country.csv

Also Singapore's flag is broken, and they seem to have no ministers
