Missing DLCs from Digital Extreme Edition when using Steam keys

Recently get EU4 complete humble bundle, however American Dream and Purple Phoenix is missing from it. There have been steam review that many people complain about this so any way for us to get the DLCs?

EDIT 2: Actually non of the DLCs from Digital Extreme Edition downloaded at all.

I had opened a request with a Paradox representative see whether it can be solved or not.

Send your key to Paradox representative to have a check then it can solve on their end.

Go to the Paradox Support and open a issue ticket then talk about the problematic key with the rep.
