Missing DLC's - Horizon Signal

Just recently bought the starter edition. I already have a save with many hour on it but today I received this error. The game says it can't verify my ownership and In game it says I'm missing dlc: Horizon Signal. Hoping to find any help. Thank you!

You ought to have Horizon Signal automatically, it is free to all players:

If you start a new galaxy now, can you save it, exit, restart and reload it okay?

I was able to start a new galaxy and reload it okay. The problem is just accessing my old save. It still says it can't verify my ownership of horizon signal even though it's in the game files.
