So I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if it is a missing feature. So with the latest update/ DLC I was finally hoping that some innovations would provide the listed features from the wiki page. So I have managed to get windmill innovation and the wiki page states I should have option for windmill building. But I can’t build it. In England and tried building in Middlesex (farmlands) as I thought it would be linked to plains/ farmlands only. Any advise/ help appreciated. Also any news about next chapter release - cause I hope the English mine unlocks/ is available along with tour options. Thank you.
