All,

The Burgundian event file contains few events, but one of the significant ones is the forced creation of an alliance The Union of the Rhine. It triggers between 1485 and 1493 if Koln and Swabia are still in the game and if Bavarian event 201624 has triggered.

Bavarian event 201624 is the Peasant's War event which seems unconnected with the Rhine Union. More significantly, it is an event which can only trigger between 1525 and 1530.

It would appear that the Burgundian event was written in relation to a Bavarian event that in fact was never written or was edited out.

Ideas from those who wrote all of the original material?

Actually I think that Burgundian file was written long before that event was written. Oh, and this event will basicly never happen because it was written before the koln inhearitance event. With that event, there is a very slim chance that koln is even around at that point.

I think thats what happened to alot of the events, since this seems to happen alot, mostly since it was 4 or 5 people that put together different files, and so sometimes they thought they would come back to it, never did, and so it ended up pointing at some other event chain.

I suppose that if the current contributers/debaters for Aberration end up affecting changes, the whole cycle of events for Burgundy will shift and change considerably in relation to their new culture and corresponding direction. So it's probably best to not worry about this event.
