Missing/not translated spanish tooltip

Description​

In the spanish localization, when you are going to replace a courtier, if you hover over the Accept button, it only shows a blank box where it is supposed to be shown the cost in money and the loss of opinion from your current courtier

Steps to reproduce​

- Open the Courtier tab
- Choose anyone to replace and click the button
- Hover over the Name/Accept button
- A blank square shows up
