Missing part of text in event

Playing through Revolutions for the first time, I discovered National Radio Networks. The text of the event is fine, except one part: in the effects, under "Allows New Type of Building" there is just text UNKNOWN STRING WANTED. Possibly missing text or whatever. Anyway, just a minor detail, nothing important.

Another Blank Box

In addition to the Jominian vs Claustowizian (sp) theory, there are others and it is annoying. If there were a change, wht would't the developers just post the change and when you moused over the OK button, the change was acknowledged. I noticed this on the Naval Hero vs Superior Crew (5/20/1938). If this were fixed, at least I wouldn't be left thinking what I missed if I chose the other option.
