Missing Shields/crests displays on map?

Not sure if this is a bug but there seems to be a lot of missing Shields/Crests for the county level on the main map display.

eg Scotland has 6 counties who are ruled by an Earl but who dont display there crest. (eg Caithness, cumberland, clydesdale)

Is it just a change on how they are displayed? Or missing textures?

Intentional change. Counts that aren't your direct vassals don't have their shields displayed on the main map anymore, to prevent it from being too cluttered.
So an independent duchy will only display the crest of the duke, not those of the counts below him.

I wish there was a way to turn them on though. All those nice shields made by the team and we cant see most of them on the map Oh well.
